WHAT IS MARCET PROFESSIONAL EUROSOCCER PROGRAM?

1. To whom it is addressed?
High Performance Program developed to acquire the level and rhythm of European football.
Athletes from 12 to 23 years old from all over the world.
2. Objectives.
Our goal is to help young players from around the world who wish to become professional footballers to outstandingly improve their individual technique and tactics, efficiently understand and assimilate collective European tactics, play with wits and concentration, gain the necessary rhythm and intensity of the high level European football to be ready to train and compete in Spain, where the most prestigious FIFA leagues take place.
3. About the Program
• Stay from ONE to FOUR YERAS in Spain (Barcelona) under the supervision of Fundación Marcet’s coaches within the context of MARCET PRODESSIONAL EUROSOCCER PROGRAM.
• Participation in our official teams, playing matches for the official league competition.
• Attendance to School (12 –15 years old), High School (16-18 years old) or University (18 to 23 years old) in Barcelona.
• Supervised Activity Schedule to learn about the culture, history, people and cities of Spain.
• Integration with groups of Spanish people of the same age to expand their own experience horizon.

5. Weakly Program
• Two daily field training sessions.
• Collective training takes place on Mondays and Thursdays with the aim of improving the following aspects:
1. tactical principles of attack and defense
2. losing one's marker
3. splitting
4. altering the course of attack
5. depth and space
6. Change
7. Timing
8. Swinging
9. Number superiority or inferiority
10. Rotation
• On Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays we focus on training individual qualities with one of Fundación Marcet’s coaches. We work on the following aspects:
1. Individual technique (ball control, passing, shooting, dribbling,heading, conduction, defense and attack techniques and individual tactics).
2. Mental training.
3. Professional football knowledge
• During the weekends they play official matches with our teams. They also attend professional league matches to start breathing the atmosphere of the Spanish League First Division games.
• Along the year they take part in different high level international tournaments that let them test the results of their training. These matches are recorded so each player can afterwards check his rights and wrongs and thus set new personal goals together with his coach.
• Trips to foreign countries to participate in trials to join professional teams.
